Hi there. Would you mind sharing your serial numbers? I am keeping a log of all the Einsteins still in existence and where they are located. Not seen any recently outside the UK!

Cheers

Hi All,

I am in possession of 2 Einsteins with the following serial numbers:

#6003373 bought be me, full-price in the first year of availability I think.

#6004500 bought by my father-in-law, a few(?) year later, when Currys or Dixons were selling cut-price bundles.

I can dig out more detailed information if it's still important to anyone.

Hi everybody, my name is 6012972 and I'm an Einstein serial number. Sagittarius, I love cats and hoi-sin sauce. Preferably together. I originally came from B&H computer's new-old-stock. I have a brother, goes by the name '256' but his full name is 15100826. I'd love to stop and play but I've just seen that handsome hit-bit over there. He's so ... exotic! Toodles!

 I think it's been on stronger sauce than hoi-sin!

Hi folks, and thank you for letting me join :)

I'm Will and I'm an old computer addict! I've quite a few and recently picked up an Einstein TC01 with green screen monitor. I've bodged a gotek/flash floppy into it and have been having a look at the software available, and I must admit I'm quite impressed!

I do have a few questions but I'll have a read of the forum first.

It's also nice to see some familiar Names here :)

Welcome to the forum! The Tatung is pretty niche and the forum reflects that with numbers, but with time I think it should build up ok :)

Thank you both!

I think there may well be an uptick in the Einstein, especially if prices on eBay are to be beleived!

Hello and thanks for letting me join the forum!

I stupidly sold my Einstein TC-01 about ten years ago but the draw has been too strong so i'm pleased that I now have another one, looking forward to getting it back up and running again.
