I've been archiving some 3" floppy disks from Mike Follin, a friend and ex-colleague at Software Creations. We used Einsteins as our dev system. One of the disks appears to have the source code for MOS 1.2 on it. I don't know where this originated from, whether it is from the developers or someone has reverse engineered it later. Regardless, it's quite interesting.
On the same disk I've also got the source code for the RAM disk ROM that we used, very similar if not the same as the silicon disk that's been mentioned elsewhere on this forum.
