Found it after a lot of trial and error
You just press and hold brake to pause and release it to continue

No I just rewired the potentiometers Channel 0 and 1 go to the wipes then signal ground and 0v to one side and voltage reference to the other Can’t do a diagram as different makes use slightly different wiring Once you’ve rewired the pots you can fit the seven pin din Hope this helps PS I think the a ...

No the pc joystick is rewired with a 7 pin din no adapter needed
I built the adapter you pointed me for atari sticks and I think the atari ones feel a bit better
I need to use them a bit more to make my mind up
